Marketplace role
Semsale helps people discover and contact commercial vehicle owners, dealers, and service providers. Sellers and rental owners are responsible for their listings, vehicle condition, pricing, legal ownership, availability, and transaction terms. Semsale does not inspect, own, insure, finance, or guarantee listed vehicles.
Rental inquiries
A rental request is an inquiry, not a booking. Renters and owners must independently confirm identity, commercial insurance, licensing, deposits, mileage limits, maintenance, pickup and return terms, and applicable laws before any rental starts. Do not send money before verifying the other party and the vehicle.
Services and insurance
Mechanics, tire providers, insurers, and roadside services are independent. A Semsale service request does not dispatch a provider or guarantee response time, availability, pricing, or coverage. Insurance coverage exists only under the insurer’s issued policy. Use direct roadside services for urgent breakdowns.
Listings and conduct
Provide accurate details and photos you have the right to use. Do not post false inventory, impersonate another business, misuse brand marks, or send fraudulent or abusive messages. Semsale may pause listings, reject partners, or suspend accounts to protect users.
Sponsored referrals
Some approved partner links may compensate Semsale. Sponsored placements are identified on the page. Referral terms and transactions are controlled by the partner.
Support
Report problems using the listing report control or the support form. These terms are an operating draft and should receive legal review before broader commercial launch.
