Information we collect
When you use Semsale, we store account details, email verification state, vehicle listings and photos, saved vehicles, seller and rental inquiries, partner applications, service requests, and support messages. We also use short lived request counters to limit abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace, connect buyers, renters, sellers, and service providers, moderate reports, send account and inquiry emails, and protect the service. Buyers’ verified email addresses and messages are shared with the seller or rental owner they contact. Service request details are reviewed by Semsale and may be shared with a selected approved provider when a referral is arranged.
Storage and payments
Marketplace records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded photos in Cloudflare R2. Transactional email is sent through Cloudflare Email Sending. Featured listing checkout, when enabled, uses Stripe; Semsale does not store full payment card details.
Partner links
If you use an approved sponsored link, Semsale records a referral event and redirects you to the partner’s website. Their privacy terms apply there. Semsale does not sell or provide insurance or repair services.
Your choices
You can edit or pause your listings and request access, correction, or deletion of your account information through Support. Some records may be retained for security, legal, or dispute needs. You can clear browser storage or uninstall the app shell at any time.
